Connie brings over 30 years of financial and business development experience to help establish new markets and support existing ones in executing referred opportunities for practices and healthcare business associates. She will foster collaborative forums to make practices more relevant, profitable, and sustainable. Connie will provide a HCofE toolkit via the website and marketing materials, and visit chapters (virtually or in-person) to introduce events, educational opportunities, and key programs that differentiate participants from competitors for positive, measurable outcomes in practices and patient care. She will also act as a liaison between markets and members, reviewing KPIs to identify training needs, introducing experts, and connecting like-minded business professionals for collaborative projects. Additionally, Connie will share best practices and recognize members' success through ROI measurement. Her travel team will support societies and members with group educational, humanitarian, and leisure travel opportunities, fostering professional, mental, and intellectual growth for the community, along with their families and peers.
